Meet our team

Aimee M. Bove
Owner Attorney

Ms. Bove founded our firm in 2017 after gaining extensive experience in contract law and every stage of the litigation process. She has represented clients in county, municipal, state, and federal courts. The outcome of one of her most challenging cases, representing a prominent mobile home park owner, earned her the trust and confidence to start her practice in this niche area of property law.

Since then, the demand for Ms. Bove's expertise has grown to the point that our practice represents many of the manufactured home community owners in Colorado. Ms. Bove is member of the Board for the Colorado Manufacturing Coalition, which represents the property rights of manufactured housing owners in regulation discussions in the Colorado Legislature. Ms. Bove's success in testifying before the State House and Senate on legislative matters affecting the industry, advocating on our clients' behalf, and monitoring and interpreting proposed legislation has gained us widespread visibility and respect across our industry.

Ms. Bove worked with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) on the ruling-making process for the Mobile Home Park Act Dispute and Resolution Enforcement Program, adopted in 2019. She is also a member and serves on the legislative committee of the Rocky Mountain Home Association.

Ms. Bove earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder and was awarded her law degree by the University of Denver College of Law in 2005. She was honored to serve as staff editor for the College's Law Review. After law school, Ms. Bove clerked for Judge Nancy Hopf of the 18th Judicial District.

She is admitted to practice in Colorado and the U.S. Court for the District of Colorado. Ms. Bove is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and WOLF (Women-Owned Law Firms).

A Colorado native with a large extended family on the front range, Ms. Bove enjoys hiking and snowshoeing. She relaxes by tending her vegetable and rose gardens. She volunteers with the Arapahoe High School Golf team on which her son is a player.
