Our legal team works with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) on the rule-making process for the Mobile Home Park Act Dispute and Resolution Enforcement Program (MHPOP) and are active members of the Rocky Mountain Home Association (RHMA). We have successfully advocated to enact and change legislation that supports our clients’ best interests.
